Interaction as a tool and challenging interaction situations

Interaction training provides comprehensive skills to improve interaction skills and enhance communication in different situations. Well-functioning communication in all situations can also prevent the insider threat posed by personnel. The purpose of the training is to increase understanding of oneself and others as interactors and to provide concrete tools to promote interaction situations that enhance work tasks or work atmosphere. The training provides a comprehensive introduction to different interaction situations in the work environment and provides tools for progressing in difficult interaction situations.

Who is the training suitable for 

The applied part of the training will be adapted to the target group. The training is aimed at everyone who wants to improve their interaction skills and enhance communication in their work and everyday life. It is especially suitable for supervisors, team leaders, customer service professionals and anyone who encounters challenging interaction situations in their work. 

Trainer  

The main trainer is a psychologist (PsM), a forensic psychologist with long experience in challenging personal encounters and a practical and theoretical understanding of how to get even challenging people to work together in a way that promotes interaction situations and goals.  

Content and duration 

The course can also be combined with the following training modules (interaction as a tool and challenging interaction situations, interview training)
