Interview training

Carefully selected and well-practiced interview techniques and successful interaction are the foundation of successful interview work. With the right techniques, research has shown that much more accurate and truthful information can be obtained from the interviewee or person being talked to than without them. In addition to high-quality information gathering, effective interview techniques and professional interview situations enable trust to be created between the interviewer and the interviewee and maintain a good employer image.  

Who is the training suitable for 

The training will be adapted to the target group. The training is intended for those who interview or talk to people in their work or try to get enough and correct information from the other party, for example, people working in the security sector or in customer or recruitment situations.  

The training provides the tools to act as optimally as possible in challenging interaction situations, minimizing risk situations so that the best possible interaction and outcome can be achieved for everyone. 

The course helps the student to understand the best and most truthful information from the person being interviewed and how to get the person to cooperate. The course focuses on the scientifically proven most effective interview and interaction techniques. In addition to lectures, the longer training package includes comprehensive exercises on various interview techniques. 

Trainers  

The main trainer is a psychologist (PsM), a forensic psychologist with years of experience in various demanding interview and interaction situations where a lot of accurate and truthful information has had to be obtained. In addition, the trainer has specialized training in the techniques being trained.  

Content and duration 

The training is extensive and includes lectures, exercises and personal feedback on the activities. 

The applied part of the training content is always adapted to the customer's situation and target group. 

The duration of the training is 2-5 days, depending on the scope and number of participants, and is primarily implemented as attendance training. 

If necessary, the training can be implemented as shorter online training, approximately 3-6 2-hour training modules.
